We are thrilled to have you join us for our Latin dance classes, workshops, and events. Before participating, please read this Liability Waiver and Disclaimer carefully. By attending our classes or events, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

 

1. Assumption of Risk

 

 

Dance, including Salsa, Bachata, and other Latin dance styles, involves physical activity. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, participating in dance classes carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

 

• Sprains, strains, or muscle injuries

• Falls, collisions, or impacts with other students or objects

• Fatigue or overexertion

 

 

By participating, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with dance and related activities at Salsa Latina Academy.

 

 

 

2. Health & Fitness

 

 

You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in dance classes. It is your responsibility to:

 

• Consult a medical professional if you have any pre-existing conditions or injuries

• Inform instructors of any health concerns before class

• Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors

 

 

 

 

3. Personal Property

 

 

Salsa Latina Academy is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property, including clothing, bags, shoes, or electronic devices, while on our premises or during events.

 

 

 

4. Studio Safety

 

 

• Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for dance

• Follow all instructions and studio rules to minimize the risk of injury

• Notify staff immediately if you notice any unsafe conditions

 

 

 

 

5. Liability Limitation

 

 

By attending Salsa Latina Academy, you agree that the school, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes, workshops, or events, except where required by law.

 

 

 

6. Minors

 

 

Students under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate. Guardians are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring they understand the risks involved.

 

 

 

7. Agreement

 

 

By attending classes or events at Salsa Latina Academy, you:

 

• Accept all risks associated with participation

• Release Salsa Latina Academy from any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage

• Agree to comply with studio rules and instructions

• Agree to the Code of Conduct
