Salsa Level 1

• Salsa Style: NY/Porto On1
• 1 Modules :101

• Content: Partnerwork Fundamentals & Footwork Basics
• Fast Track Course: 4 Weeks total

• Level:  Perfect for absolute beginners, newcomers to Salsa, or dancers refreshing their basics and fundamentals (including improvers).

This is the ideal starting point if you haven’t learned within our system. The Salsa On1 course focuses on the core foundations of Latin dance, with an emphasis on pure Salsa.

Our classes are progressive, so once you complete this level, you’ll be ready to move on to Salsa Level 2.

Fast Track Course: Normally an 8 week course, but this version condenses the syllabus into fewer weeks. With a higher teacher-to-student ratio, you’ll learn faster.

Salsa Level 2

• Salsa Style: NY/Porto On1
• 8 Modules: 201 - 208

• Content: Partnerwork Fundamentals & Turnpatterns & Shine Series
• Course Length: 32 Weeks total
8 Modules x 4 week blocks

• Level:  For dancers who have completed Level 1 or are dancing at an improver to intermediate level.

This course builds on your Salsa fundamentals with new moves, combinations, and techniques. Each 4-week module starts fresh, making it best to join from the beginning. Every module explores different flavours and styles at the same level, allowing you to progress steadily and even join more than one module per week.

One of the classes at this level also includes On2 conversion.

Salsa Level 3

• Salsa Style: NY/Porto On1 & On2
• 12 Modules: 301 - 312

• Content: Partnerwork Turnpatterns & Shine Series
• Course Length: 48 Weeks total

= 12 Modules x 4 week blocks

Join after Level 2. This stage bridges Intermediate to Upper Intermediate, progressing toward Advanced.

To join, you should have completed all 8 Level 2 modules or already dance at an advanced level. You’ll need to be confident with double spins and the shines taught in earlier levels.

Best time to start: Week 1 of a new module, as each begins with a fresh shine series.

You’ll learn 50+ shines and hundreds of exciting Salsa partner patterns. Classes are mainly taught On1, with On2 conversion included at the end of class. No experience with On2? No problem—you’ll learn here.

Salsa Shines & Foundation Classes

Teacher: Miléna

Salsa Shines Open Level:

These footwork classes are for dancers with a solid grasp of fundamentals, offering the perfect chance to develop and challenge your skills. If you’re an absolute beginner we recommend learning the basics first either in regular classes or private lessons. You can still join – since it’s solo work, it won’t affect anyone else, so give it a try and have some fun!

The classes are open to both Men and Women, focusing on masculine and feminine movement. You’ll refine your footwork, body movement, and improve both solo and partner dancing, while building confidence with every step.
