☆ Free Class Policy

• A free first class is offered only during the first week of Beginner Level 1 courses and may apply to week#2 at latest.

• A one-week free trial is available for existing dancers and includes regular classes only (workshops excluded).

• Bring-a-friend offer: If you bring someone new, you receive a free class on the same night.

• No other classes are complimentary unless clearly advertised.

☆ General Terms, Payments & Refunds

• Payment is required before participating in any class, except where a free class is clearly offered.

• If a concession card is forgotten, a casual class must be purchased to participate.

• All prices are per person and listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

• Accepted payment methods may include:

1. Cash

2. Revolut

3. Contactless / NFC (coming)

4. Online payments via our website (including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal – coming)

• Transaction fees may apply to online payments (typically around 2.7% for card payments).

• Salsa Latina Academy reserves the right to update prices, schedules, instructors, and terms & conditions when required.

• Independent classes hosted at our venue but not run by Salsa Latina Academy may have separate pricing and policies.

☆ EU & Cyprus Consumer Rights

For online purchases, customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law, unless the course  has already started.
Once a course or class has been attended, the right of withdrawal is waived and refunds are not available, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

☆ Refund Policy

• All in-person purchases and activated passes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or legally required.

• No refunds are given for missed classes, lost cards, or unused sessions.

• In exceptional cases, credits may be offered at Salsa Latina's discretion.

☆ Validity, Expiry & Freezing

• Casual passes, concession cards, and beginner courses expire 6 months from the purchase date.

• Cards or Courses are non-transferable, except if purchased as a declared gift.

☆ Casual Classes (1 Class Pass)

• Casual passes may be purchased online "coming" or in person.

• Proof of purchase may be required for online purchases

• Passes are valid for future use until expiry.

• Name-assigned passes may only be used by the registered individual.

☆ Beginner Courses

• Beginner course purchases apply only to the specific beginner course selected.

•  Latest point to get this course is on week#2 discounted by one class i.e. €10. However from week#3 onward these are not available and you will need to pay per class (1 class pass) or get a concession card.

• Courses are non-transferable to other programs once started.

• Unused courses expire after 6 months.

☆ Level Up Courses/Modules

• Level Up (Level 2 & above) course/module purchases apply only to the specific module. For example, Module 203 is valid only for that 6-week block and cannot be transferred to another module once used.

• The latest you can join a course/module is Week 1 to get this discount course option.

• Once started, courses/modules cannot be transferred to other programs.

• Unused courses/modules may be transferred to another course/module within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months, any unused credits will expire.

☆ Concession Cards

• Applies to Blue, Red, and Gold cards. 

• Cards may be shared by a maximum of two people attending together.

• Salsa Latina Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

• Lost, stolen, or unused cards are not refundable.

☆ Code of Conduct

By registering or attending classes, you agree to comply with the Salsa Latina Academy Code of Conduct.
Breaches may result in removal from classes without refund.
