Salsa Latina Academy: Pricing, Terms & Refund Policy

​These terms apply to all payments, classes, and activities at Salsa Latina Academy. By enrolling in our courses or attending classes, you agree to abide by these terms.

 

 

 

☆ Free 1st Class

• Free classes are offered only during the first week of beginner Level-1 courses.

• Free 1st class applies to any level of dancer at any level.

• ​No other classes are complimentary unless explicitly advertised.

☆ General Terms & Conditions & Refunds

• Payments are required prior to class, except for free classes.

• If you forget your concession card, you must pay for a casual class to participate—no exceptions.

• Prices listed are per person and cash prices unless otherwise stated.

• We accept:

   

  • Cash

  • NFC Contactless (PayWave/PIN)

  • Online credit card payments via our website shop, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and others.

   

• Transaction Fees: will apply when we include an online store usually 2.7%

• Salsa Latina Academy reserves the right to change prices, schedules, and terms & conditions without notice.

• Independent dance classes not run by Salsa Latina may have separate rates, concessions, and payment systems that are not compatible with our classes or passes.

• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in exceptional circumstances.

• Concession cards may be put on hold for up to 1 year with a written/email request.

• Concession & casual cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Concession cards cannot be transferred unless originally purchased as a gift, which must be declared at the time of purchase.

• By completing registration or attending classes, you agree to the Salsa Latina Code of Conduct. Violations may result in forfeiture of access and any payments.

• Existing concession card holders are subject to these updated terms.

☆ Casual Classes & Passes​

• Casual class passes may be purchased online or in person. Proof of purchase is required for online purchases.

• Unused sessions will remain valid for future use according to the card type.

• Cards with a specific name may only be used by the named individual.

☆ Elevate: Universal Concession Cards

• Applies to Blue, Red, & Gold Concession Cards.

• Cards can be shared between a maximum of 2 people, both must attend the class.

• Salsa Latina Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen cards—please keep your cards safe.

• No refunds will be issued for lost, stolen, or unused cards.​
