Our new schedule is almost fully in place!

All Level 1 classes will now start at 7:30pm, and all Level 2+ classes will begin at 8:30pm.

This week will be the final Bachata Level 1 class at 8:30pm—so don’t miss it if you’re currently in this group! Starting next week, this class will progress to Level 2, and a new Bachata Level 1 course will begin at the earlier 7:30pm time slot. ...... Check the details below for more information.

Also, Milena will be flying back to Europe later this week to meet Reuben in Turkey, where they’ll be teaching at one of the largest Salsa congresses in Europe, welcoming over 6,000 dancers & 600 artists. ✈️💃🕺

Perfect for Bachata dancers that have completed beginners Level 1. This level Includes 36 classes (6 modules) each module is a 6 week course. Join in any time once at this level. Re-registration NOT required for current students.

2 Salsa Performance Training Programmes & Teams

We’re launching two Salsa Project Teams in 2026.

But not the usual way!

In the Salsa Latina tradition, dancers are built before they are put on stage.

Technique. Timing. Body awareness. Musicality. Presence.

Not just counts, steps and formations.

That’s why our 2026 Project Teams will begin with a Performance Training Programme: a 4 x 2hr sessions (2 months) training phase designed to level dancers up and teaching them our flavour before choreography even begins.

This phase is about:

•⁠ ⁠transitioning and refining on2 fundamentals

•⁠ ⁠improving balance, weight transfer & control

•⁠ ⁠developing performance presence

•⁠ ⁠learning to move with intention, not just memory

Only after this phase will dancers be invited into one or both choreographic teams:

✨ Salsa On2 Couples Team

These projects are not about being “advanced”.

They are for dancers who are ready to commit to foundations, growth, and quality.

This is an invitation to train differently.

To unlearn habits.

To build something you can stand on: on stage and on the social floor.
